PROTOCOL 

To optimize this cleanse strategy, couple this kit with a whole-food, plant-based, high-fiber diet. For a higher intensity approach + faster results, you can also do this cleanse alongside a liquid diet (broths, teas, water, juices etc).

Early AM: Take 2 tsp - 1 tbsp of Deep Detox Herbal Powder with 8oz of Burdock Root Tea.

Brunch (on semi empty stomach): Take 2 tsp of Diatomaceous Earth powder with 8oz of water or real juice. 

Lunch: 1 tbsp of Zoomers Broth powder mixed into hot water as a broth + Burdock Root Tea
