Once you have registered you will receive an email with a link to our private WHATSAPP chat, as well as our FB group.

Before we begin, you will be provided with a "suggested nutrition regime", as well as recipe inspo for the products included.
Once the challenge begins, you will receive a DAILY teaching/prompt & or practice WITHIN the PRIVATE WHATSAPP CHAT. From there, you will head over to the FB group OR your personal Instagram (feed or story) to post your answer, alongside a photo of how you utilized your product that day.
