Hi, I'm Kat Moon.

I'm a Master Herbalist, entrepreneur, and the founder of Mutha Earth.

But before any of that, I was simply a woman searching for answers.

For most of my life, I struggled with hormone imbalances, digestive issues, acne, poor sleep, mood swings, and constant exhaustion. I was often told everything looked "normal," yet I knew deep down my body wasn't thriving.

I became frustrated with simply masking symptoms and started asking a different question:

What if the body isn't broken? What if it simply needs the right support?

That question changed everything.

I immersed myself in herbalism, medicinal mushrooms, adaptogenic plants, and whole-food nutrition. I spent years studying both traditional wisdom and modern research, learning how nature could work with the body's own incredible design.

As I began nourishing my body differently, everything changed. I didn't discover a quick fix—I discovered a completely different way of thinking about health.

That journey became the foundation of Mutha Earth.

What began nearly 10 years ago as a personal mission to create products I genuinely trusted has grown into a proudly Canadian wellness brand serving thousands of customers across the country. Along the way, Mutha Earth has been featured in over 450 media publications, but our greatest achievement has always been hearing from customers who tell us our products have become part of their daily rituals.
